Citibank customer service hung up on me 5 times (Case #15)

Trying to resolve a simple billing issue turned into a nightmare. Customer service representatives were rude, unhelpful, and literally hung up on me multiple times. After 3 hours on the phone, my issue still wasn't resolved.
